The use of various massage techniques to fit the needs of the individual.  The session may include the use of Swedish, Deep tissue and Myofascial Release Massage.   It is intended to work on the deeper muscle aches.

Total Hot Stone Massage
A specialty massage that uses smooth, heated stones during the entire massage.  It is a deeply soothing, relaxing form of massage.  The heat helps tight muscles release.

Sinus Relief Massage
A specialty massage that concentrates on relieving the sinus pathways.  The session focuses on the sinus points on the face, ears, head, hands and feet.  Note:  This massage should not be done during a full blown sinus infection.

Pre-Natal Massage
A specialty massage that focuses on relaxation, improved circulation and relief of common discomforts of the Pregnant Mother.  Special positioning and pillows are used for comfort.  Note:  Mother should be in her second trimester of pregnancy with Doctor's approval.
